Documents & Invoice Management

This overview is where you currently manage mainly invoices and recurring invoices in one central place.

Navigation

Use the arrow buttons in the top left to move backward and forward through your folder history. The breadcrumb bar shows your current path — click a folder name to jump directly to it.

Document Type & Filters

At the top of the overview, you can currently switch between invoices and recurring invoices.

This includes:

  • The document type filter for the currently visible area
  • The status filter matching the current document type
  • Search by number, name, or recipient
  • Extended filters such as amount, date, or payment status

Creating New Documents

Click New to create a new document of the currently selected type. New drafts are created in the folder that is currently open.

Folders, Archive & Trash

  • Folders help you organize the regular invoice area inside the overview
  • Creating new folders is a Premium feature
  • Existing folders remain usable even without Premium
  • Recurring invoices appear as their own area with runtime-related information
  • Deleted items go to the trash
  • Archived items are available in the archive view

Views & Sorting

Switch between list and grid view. In list view, you can also sort by columns such as status, number, recipient, date, or amount.

For recurring invoices, the list instead highlights items such as next execution, last execution, and the current activation status.

  • Ctrl/Cmd + A selects everything in the current area
  • Use drag and drop to move documents and folders directly to their destination

Notes for Recurring Documents

For recurring invoices, the overview shows additional information such as next execution, last execution, and the current activation status. You can also trigger a run manually when needed.
