Choose the option that fits your situation. Both options work easily and without sign-in.

Manage subscription in your profile

You can also easily manage your subscription directly in your profile settings.

Go to profile

The email address you used to register with Billance.

You can find your customer number in your profile under "Account".

By clicking "Cancel now" you declare the cancellation of your subscription. The cancellation becomes effective upon submission (§ 312k BGB).
