E-invoicing software – pricing & plans: Billance Premium

Billance offers a permanently free basic version as well as a Premium subscription. Billance Premium is available as a monthly plan for €2.99 / month (billed monthly) or as a budget-friendly annual plan for €29.99 / year (billed annually, equivalent to €2.49 / month). All prices are final. For the first Premium signup via billance.de, a 7-day free trial starts first where available for your account. Your saved payment method is charged only after the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Yes. The free plan can be used permanently with basic features (max. 1 company profile, 3 recipients, 1 internal contact, and 1 e-invoice validation per day). To create and activate legally compliant e-invoices (ZUGFeRD & XRechnung), manage unlimited master data, use the full invoice designer, organize documents in folders, or unlock Cloud Sync, the Premium subscription is required.

Yes. You can manage and cancel your Premium subscription transparently and with just a few clicks directly in your web user account at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly) and there are no hidden cancellation fees.

For purchasing Billance Premium through our secure payment provider Stripe, you can use PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are safe, encrypted, and processed automatically.

Premium is designed specifically for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses subject to the legal e-invoicing mandate in Germany. It is ideal for anyone who wants unlimited master data, quotes, reminders and recurring invoices, DATEV exports, custom invoice designs, or secure synchronization between supported devices.

In the free plan, you can upload and validate e-invoices in XML format (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD according to EN 16931) for compliance with statutory mandatory fields (limit: 1 check per day). The creation of new e-invoices and activating the e-invoicing mode in the invoice form are exclusive Premium features.
