E-invoicing software – pricing & plans: Billance Premium

Billance offers a permanently free basic version as well as a Premium subscription. Billance Premium is available as a monthly plan for €2.99 / month (billed monthly) or as an affordable annual plan for €29.99 / year (billed annually, equivalent to €2.49 / month – 2 months free). All prices are final prices; no VAT is charged in accordance with § 19 UStG. For the first Premium signup via billance.de, a 7-day free trial starts first where available for your account. Your saved payment method is charged only after the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Yes. The free plan can be used permanently for basic tasks (1 e-invoice every 30 days for ZUGFeRD or XRechnung, unlimited e-invoice validations, max. 1 company profile, 3 recipients, and 1 internal contact). The 30-day period starts when your account is created. An internet connection is required to check your quota when creating a free e-invoice for the first time. You can then reuse authorized documents offline. To create and send unlimited e-invoices, manage unlimited master data, write quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and payment reminders, use automated bank reconciliation, manage expenses and receipts, use the full invoice designer, or unlock Cloud Sync, the Premium subscription is required.

Yes. You can manage and cancel your Premium subscription transparently and with just a few clicks directly in your web user account at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly) and there are no hidden cancellation fees.

For purchasing Billance Premium through our secure payment provider Stripe, you can use PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are safe, encrypted, and processed automatically.
