Withdraw from contract online

Use this function to withdraw electronically from a consumer contract without signing in. We record receipt with the date and time and send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide.

Enter the name under which the contract was concluded.

For example, enter a customer number, order number, plan or contract date. Do not enter payment details or passwords.

We will send the content of your withdrawal and its date and time of receipt to this address.

We use these details only to record, acknowledge and process your withdrawal. An anonymous declaration does not automatically cancel a subscription or trigger a refund; we review its allocation afterwards.

You can still withdraw informally by emailing [email protected] or by post.
