Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

For purchases via external platforms or app stores, reversals are additionally governed by the terms of the respective platform operator.

The service is made available immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received in full; no compensation is claimed for services already provided. Where a 7-day free trial is available for your first Premium signup via billance.de, your payment method is charged only after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. The free trial does not replace the statutory right of withdrawal.
