Billance AI, API and Workspaces

One credit equals one page analysed by Billance AI. A three-page PDF therefore uses three credits. On the free plan you can also pay for extra e-invoices with credits: each one costs 10 credits.

Yes. The free plan includes one free e-invoice every 30 days. Each additional one costs 10 credits, up to 10 extra e-invoices in the same 30-day period. If you converted the document with Billance AI first, the credits for that count towards the price: a two-page PDF costs 2 credits, and the e-invoice from it another 8. From 10 pages on, nothing more is charged. Billance only deducts credits after you confirm in the app, and only once per document.

No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. That also applies without a Premium subscription or after cancelling it.

No. You can buy credits on the free plan too. They are meant for occasional use. If you regularly write several e-invoices a month, Premium works out cheaper: it includes unlimited e-invoices and 20 AI pages per month, which are always used before your credits.

Yes. Every purchase comes with an invoice that you will find in your profile. You can enter a VAT ID in the checkout.

As a consumer you can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days as long as you have not used any credits from it. In the checkout you tick a box to confirm that you want to use the credits right away. Your right of withdrawal expires with the first use. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. All details are in the withdrawal policy.

The first team member is included in Premium. Every further one costs €1 per month or €10 per year.

Both are in development. We will name a date as soon as it is fixed. The API will be billed per request from the same credits, on the free plan and with Premium alike. You can already use Billance AI with credits today.
