Instead of analyzing documents online, the template defines the exact layout positions of the invoice data (such as invoice number, date, line items, and totals) on the receipt. When importing, the document is processed entirely locally on your device using precise OCR text recognition and mapped to the correct fields. This saves time, runs fully offline without an internet connection, and ensures maximum data privacy and performance.
