Company profiles contain sender information and defaults for documents, products, contacts, and templates. The active profile determines which company receives newly created data.
Profile content
A profile can contain items such as:
- Company name, legal form, and owner information
- Postal address and additional address profiles
- Electronic address for e-invoices
- Contact information and internal contact persons
- Tax, register, and VAT data
- Logo, website, payment accounts, and default tax values
Create and switch
Create a profile from company-profile management and complete the required data. Switching profiles reloads profile-specific documents, recipients, products, templates, and settings. Many creation features are unavailable without an active profile.
Desktop app
Using the desktop app
Select the active company from the sidebar. Under My Company, edit General, Addresses, Contacts, Taxes & Finance, Payment Methods, and History. The delete preview shows affected data and the latest backup state.
Free & Premium
The Free plan fully supports one company profile. Additional profiles are Premium. After a downgrade, additional profiles remain stored but are locked until Premium is active again.
