The Free plan allows at most 2 active app sessions, while Premium allows up to 5. When the limit is exceeded, Billance ends an older session. A session can also end because of sign-out, security changes, or expiration of its authorization.

Forgot password? opens the protected reset flow on billance.de. After registration, the email address must be confirmed. Without confirmation, Billance guides you to the verification step and can resend the message when needed.
