Expense analytics summarizes stored receipts for a selected period. It includes categories, vendors, payment behavior, deductible input tax, and a supporting VAT overview.
Period and comparison
Choose a month, quarter, year, or custom period. When a meaningful comparison period exists, Billance shows changes from the previous period. Different currencies are displayed separately instead of being combined into a misleading total.
Data quality
Analytics depends on complete categories, tax treatments, deductible percentages, payments, and receipt data. Uncategorized or incomplete receipts can distort metrics. Open an unusual group and correct its source data in the receipt.
