Manage Open Payables
Keep track of open liabilities: due dates, partial payments, cash discount and the status of an incoming invoice.

Open payables are unpaid or partially paid incoming invoices. Billance groups and sorts them by due date, shows remaining amounts, and takes cash-discount deadlines into account. Receipts without a payable obligation do not appear as open payables.
Payments
For an incoming invoice, you can record full or partial payments with date, amount, payment method, and note. Payment status and outstanding amount are recalculated from those entries. A confirmed bank match creates the matching payment entry; removing the match removes exactly that automatically created entry again.
Cash discount and due date
Incoming invoices can store a due date, cash-discount percentage, and discount deadline. The view highlights overdue items and deadlines that are approaching. Before payment, verify that the discount conditions are actually met.
