Receipt Drafts & Batch Import
Import many receipts at once: batch import, review receipt drafts, complete them and accept them together.

Import several files at once: each file immediately appears as a receipt draft at the top of the receipt list and is reviewed right there. A draft is not a receipt yet – it counts in no report and only becomes a real receipt when you save it in the receipt editor. Batch import is Premium.
Processing
Structured e-invoices and local OCR are analyzed automatically while the receipt list is open. Billance AI is used only after your explicit confirmation and consumes the shared page allowance. Drafts where recognition found nothing can be read again or completed by hand.
Review and import
The To review status filter shows only the open drafts; it appears only while there are any. Clicking a draft opens the normal receipt editor with preview, recognized details and a warning about possible duplicates. After saving, the next completed draft is ready right away.
Desktop app
Multiple selected or dropped files become drafts. Multi-page PDFs can be split from the draft row's context menu. The menu next to “New receipt” imports every fully recognized draft at once. Billance can optionally monitor a local folder and add supported files stored there as drafts – nothing is ever imported automatically. The queue and folder paths stay on the device.
Imported original files can be synchronized separately through the encrypted file sync when that data area is enabled.
